Introduction

Human Resource wing has been established under section 11(1)(f) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ehtesab Commission Act, 2014. HR Wing is responsible for recruitment, selection, training, performance appraisal and other human resource management functions of the Commission.

Functions

Main functions of the HR wing are to:

Employ the best talent in the market.
2.
Provide training and development in areas relevant to all Wings of Directorate General so that the employees are well equipped to meet the future challenges.
3.
Provide effective feedback to employees through establishment of a standard performance measurement system.
4.
Ensure the well-being of the employee at every step of the career ladder.
5.
